About the Role

This leadership role involves close collaboration with senior management to ensure that hiring initiatives are in line with business goals, providing insight into industry trends, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team. Applicants for the SVP of Talent Acquisition position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 7 years in a corporate recruiting leadership role, is required. The role demands a proven track record in leading large-scale recruitment initiatives, expertise in data analytics and technology for decision-making, and a strong background in talent acquisition and enterprise workforce planning strategy.
