About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Deputy to the Chief People Officer to lead a global HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and leadership for HR business partner and operational teams, ensuring the delivery of efficient and proactive HR services that align with the company's business objectives. This role involves direct management of HRBPs, payroll, and HR technology and systems, as well as building the capacity of HR business partners to provide guidance on HR policies and best practices. The SVP will also be a key member of the HR leadership team, driving initiatives to attract, retain, and develop talent, and will be expected to have a strong background in HR transformation, efficiency, and technology. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 20 years' of HR business partner and operational experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in areas such as business process improvement, change management, strategic planning, and vendor management. Experience in a private equity-backed business, multi-national HR, and offshoring is essential. The role requires excellent team-building skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. The SVP will be expected to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and to drive continuous improvement in HR operational processes.
