JOB DESCRIPTION

• Business Development & Broker Management - Utilize and develop personal and business relationships with P&C brokers and producers to generate new account opportunities for Chubb Multinational.
• Broker/Territory Management - Execute the sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory or broker, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and administration of broker calls and stewardship meetings to drive new business and retain existing accounts.
• Account Targeting - Use knowledge of the sales territory and broker-controlled business, along with existing and historic Chubb relationships, to develop and refine a prospecting and target list for new business opportunities.
• Quote to Win - Review new business submissions to understand the international casualty risk and incumbent's current offerings, using this analysis to produce and deliver competitive quotes.
• Service Brokers and Clients to Grow - Collaborate with brokers and clients to understand and respond to evolving needs driven by international market expansion, acquisitions, or changes in geographic footprint and program structure.
• Understand and Manage Risk - Focus on producing and underwriting profitable new business, considering operations, deal structure, information quality, U.S. and local requirements, and Chubb's multinational capabilities.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Solicit new and renewal submissions from brokers
• Determine terms, conditions, and complex rating plans
• Bind coverage
• Document underwriting files
• Handle complex files and portfolios within underwriting authority
• Guide and mentor junior staff
