The Role : We're seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. You will transform product concepts into seamless designs that delight our users. This remote position allows for flexibility while maintaining team connections through occasional in-person gatherings. Key Responsibilities Lead Design Initiatives: Manage the entire design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring an excellent user experience. Develop Intuitive Interfaces: Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma. User Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and develop personas to ensure designs meet user needs. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are both functional and aligned with business goals. Design System Development: Create and maintain style guides and pattern libraries for consistency and efficiency. Innovative Design Solutions: Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to introduce innovative ideas. Requirements 7+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with SaaS platforms or similar tools. Proficiency in Figma and other design tools. Strong user-focused mindset and ability to translate user needs into elegant design solutions. Experience simplifying complex workflows and processes. Impressive portfolio showcasing user-centered designs, prototypes, and visual storytelling. Excellent communication skills for presenting design ideas clearly. Self-motivated and organized, thriving in a remote work environment. Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management or Legal Tech (Preferred) Why Join Us?
