Job Description

JustinBradley's client, a leading source of mortgage financing, is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the performance of projects or a definable portion of a larger program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines to ensure projects meet technical requirements.
• Contribute your advanced technical expertise to the project.
• Monitor and report on progress towards the project's timelines and goals.
• Refine goal, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects as needed. Oversee project execution, ensuring that all aspects are in line with the scope, budget, and timeline.
• Provide clear guidance and direction to project teams on tasks and deliverables.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans to track progress and keep stakeholders informed. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Experience:

• 8-10 years of relevant professional work experience
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, data-centric project for large enterprises.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Experience in change management and driving operational improvements through technology.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
