Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Analyst to provide operational planning support for N53 initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive background in cryptologic missions and operational-level Information Warfare (IW) and Space planning within joint and combatant command environments.
Required Experience:

• The contractor shall have experience necessary to perform N53 Operational Planning Support, including:
• Serving as a principal operational-level Information Warfare (IW) / Space planner in support of a Geographic Combatant Command (CCMD)
• Participation in planning conferences, draft reviews, and development of OPLANs, CONPLANs, and PLANORDs
• Leading Operational Planning Teams (OPT), Joint Planning Groups (JPG), Maritime Planning Groups (MPG), or other cross-functional teams to develop plans, Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), or other mission-support planning products
• Experience with the APEX planning process (formerly known as JOPES)
• At least 3 years of operational-level planning on a joint staff, Combatant Command (CCMD), or service component staff
• Joint Officer Designation is preferred

• Any combination of 10 years or more of military and/or government professional experience supporting a cryptologic mission
• Professional experience may include mission support as a military or government language or signals analyst, specifically in acquiring, identifying, processing, and reporting on electromagnetic emissions
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph (Counterintelligence (CI) or Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)), successfully completed within the last 6 years
• All candidates must be located at Fort Meade, MD
