• Showcase strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with staff and supervisors
  
• Ability to be proactive in an on-site role
  
• Train and supervise entry-level staff and interns effectively
  
• Efficiently organize, prepare, and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations
  
• Participate in tax planning and research, tackling complex tax issues with confidence
  
• Demonstrate attention to detail throughout the tax preparation process
  
• Analyze complex tax issues and apply insights to client situations and transactions
  

• CPA eligibility strongly preferred
  
• Capacity to maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  
• Experience in preparing and reviewing returns for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations is preferred
  
• 2 years of experience in a tax-related role at a public accounting firm
  
• Experience with QuickBooks,1040 forms, and tax return reviews
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
