What will you be doing?

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead our recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent, contributing to our continued global growth. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies, streamline hiring processes, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include meeting recruitment KPIs, driving process improvements, and ensuring scalability and efficiency across recruitment efforts. You will also ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for candidates, from initial outreach through offer acceptance, helping us build a world-class team.

What do you need?

  • Experience : Ideally, 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience. Experience in RPO and agency environments is a plus. You should be comfortable managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions.
  • Stakeholder Management : Strong ability to collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Process Improvement & Scalability : Proven ability to optimize recruitment processes to drive efficiency and scalability as the team grows and adapts to evolving business needs.
  • KPIs & Data-Driven : A results-oriented mindset, with experience using KPIs and analytics to track recruitment performance and improve strategies.
  • Resilience : You thrive in high-pressure environments, with the resilience and problem-solving mindset needed to overcome challenges and maintain progress.
