Salary: $100,000-150,000 base plus discretionary bonus
An elite trading firm is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join their team.
What you'll do:
* System performance optimization and real-time monitoring
* OS tuning and configuration enhancements
* Developing and implementing automation strategies
* Infrastructure capacity planning to support growth and scalability
* Modernizing and maintaining core infrastructure
* Researching and developing new tools and infrastructure solutions
What you'll need:
* Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in system engineering or administration.
* Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, and Python
* Strong familiarity with various Linux distributions (e.g., Red Hat, Rocky, Ubuntu)
* Expertise in DNS server management
* Experience with system automation and process optimization
* General understanding of automation frameworks
* Knowledge of mail server administration
* Experience in network storage management
