Senior Staff Accountant's Responsibilities:

• Oversee core accounting functions including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and inventory accounting.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports, monthly closing procedures, and project-level financial analysis.
• Monitor key financial metrics and help identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Partner with internal teams across departments to streamline financial processes and resolve issues proactively.
• Support external audits and compliance initiatives as needed.

Senior Staff Accountant's Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a small to mid-size business environment.
• High proficiency in QuickBooks
• Construction, field services, or related industries preferred.
• Experience with job costing or project-based accounting is a strong advantage.
