We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Specialist, SEO to join our dynamic team.

The Senior SEO Specialist is responsible for optimizing website traffic. This role directly impacts brand awareness and visibility, long-term ROI, lower customer acquisition costs, market positioning, and improved user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Keyword search analysis
• Internal link optimization
• Technical, platform, and navigation improvements
• Communicate insights and recommendations to maximize opportunities and impact
• Primary points of contact for SEO agencies
• Support technical SEO via JIRA ticket creation and ticket grooming support
• Leverage Salesforce Commerce Cloud to support catalog structure and growth, data entry, redirects, metadata implementation
• Assist in monitoring SEO suite
• Competitive research
• Keep current of SEO tends including structured data, AI as it relates to SEO, and core web vitals
• Document Standard Operating Procedures
• Collaborate with Content Team to create Content Briefs
• Ensure SEO strategies align to marketing goals
• Coordinate with team members to set agendas

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years' experience as an SEO specialist
• Expert in Google Search Console
• Proficient in Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Skilled in Web Analytics

P referred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years working in directly applied SEO function
• Ahrefs, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics experience
