This opportunity may be best suited for those who have a few years of business development recruitment experience but really want an organization to develop their craft.

Basic Function and Scope of the Position:

Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates in an effort to identify job opportunities that fit their experience, education and personalities quickly and effectively. We use a very effective method call R.E.S.T.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising direct hire and temporary positions.

• Posts positions weekly to maintain pipeline full of qualified candidates at various levels.
• Promotes the TSG company image and our clients’ image to candidates. 
• Surfaces candidates and keeps track of available candidates through strong internal processes.
• Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools.
• Documents candidate evaluations by utilizing forms and internal systems.
• Takes job requisitions from clients via in person or Teams, asks skill-set questions and intangible questions in order to identify appropriate candidates.
• Submits candidate backgrounds to clients for review, answers questions and facilitates a smooth process.
• Negotiates final pay rate and bill rate once an offer has been extended on temporary openings.

 

Preferred Background (Not Required)

• Bachelor’s degree not required.
• 1-5 years related business development/recruitment experience is required.
• Experience with accounting and finance/technology or Human Resources recruitment is helpful.
• Proven ability to manage multiple positions, submittals of candidates and handle negotiations under limited supervision.
• Proven history utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

· Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook required

· Proficient in sourcing techniques including Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Google, Indeed etc.

· Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Experience working in a remote environment.
