The Role: Senior Python Developer
We are looking for an experienced, innovative product minded python software engineer to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and drive the development of one of our products core capabilities. You will have the opportunity to architect and build AI agents. This role offers the opportunity to automate billions of hours of human labor and work closely with cross-functional teams in product and design. If you're energized by chaos, ambiguity, and working at high speed, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
Architect and build new workflows within product, while maintaining and optimizing existing feature-rich workflows
Drive technical decisions and best practices across the team
Bridge the gap between Applied Research, GTM, Product, and Engineering
Identify and implement architectural improvements and scalability solutions
Contribute to product engineering
Lead technical projects and implementation of Jordan's AI audio processing features

What We’re Looking For
4+ years of software engineer using primarily Python.
Needs to be able to do very heavily async coding; dealing with real-time AI system.
Experience in high-growth startups, thriving in chaotic and fast-moving environments.
Ability to switch contexts quickly and juggle multiple priorities.
Strong ownership—ready to learn whatever it takes to solve complex problems end-to-end.
Preferred Background
Has worked in deeply async Python code
Has dealt with audio processing with Python
Been through hyper-growth startup experience
