The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager at Functionize, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of intelligent testing automation. You’ll drive the strategy and execution of next-generation AI-powered features that streamline software delivery. This is a high-impact opportunity to work at the intersection of machine learning, DevOps, and product design—owning the full product lifecycle from market research and ideation through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.

What You’ll Own

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and long-term strategy that aligns with company goals, emerging technologies, and market trends .
  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of the product roadmap, delivering high-impact, scalable features that differentiate Functionize in a competitive market
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
  • Translate business objectives and customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design (UI/UX), marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to deliver seamless product launches and exceptional user experiences
  • Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and usage data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers and cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring successful and timely product releases

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Technical proficiency and understanding of software development processes and tools
  • Expertise in market research, data analysis, and product lifecycle management
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
