Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Our client, a leader in commercial real estate, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and support key product initiatives with a strong emphasis on Salesforce strategy and stakeholder engagement. This is a hybrid role and includes regular collaboration across global teams. This is a contract position with the potential to convert to full time. Compensation is in the $78-83/hr range, depending on experience.

The key to this role is a deep understanding of Salesforce, the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, and a background in strategic product development. The ideal candidate will be experienced in building product roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams, and translating technical capabilities into business value.

This position is best suited for a candidate with:

• 7–10 years of product management experience
• A clear and confident communication style
• Strong business acumen and comfort presenting to senior leadership
• A collaborative, self-starting mindset comfortable working with both in-person and virtual global teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product development from ideation to launch in alignment with company goals
• Participate in global team huddles and work closely with cross-functional delivery teams
• Support and help guide Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) activities and standards
• Shadow other product managers to get up to speed on internal processes
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform product strategy
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and performance KPIs
• Manage licensing activities, vendor relationships, and compliance documentation
• Present updates and recommendations to high-level executives and business stakeholders
• Maintain a strong understanding of financial implications and budgeting for product initiatives

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of product management experience in enterprise or SaaS environments
• Strong Salesforce experience, beyond administrative tasks
• Proven ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical business leaders
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience working across global teams, both virtually and in-person
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

Preferred but not required:

• Salesforce and/or Product Management certifications
• Commercial Real Estate (CRE) or CRM experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (education not required if skills and experience are strong)
