The Firm: A rapidly expanding global investment firm is undergoing a significant technological modernization transition as they step away from their parent company. This year, called "Year Zero, is the first year the firm is fully independent from their legacy technology and is steadfast in continuing their greenfield build-out. The Role: As a Frontend Engineer, you will support existing teams by building web applications for the purpose of automating complex business processes at the firm. You will work with fellow engineers and product managers to establish standards, patterns, and best practices for modern web applications and UI/UX. Embed within small agile teams to incubate web front ends Utilize React, Redux, and TypeScript to build components and design frameworks to establish patterns for writing frontend applications Qualifications: Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented with strong problem solving skills 3-5 years' experience in professional software development. Degree in Computer Science or STEM related field Experience building user-facing applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, HTML, and CSS Experience with AG Grid What Will Make You Stand Out: Finance or start-up experience *Not an entry-level role - no fresh grads please!*
