About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director/Executive Director for Patient Services to lead the design, build, and scaling of patient support operations for its oncology and rare disease portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the patient support organization, including setting performance expectations, managing KPIs, and ensuring the development of comprehensive support programs. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years' experience in developing and managing biopharmaceutical patient support programs, with at least 7 years in reimbursement or market access within the biopharmaceutical industry. The role requires a deep understanding of government and commercial payer systems, as well as the ability to partner with brand teams to maximize patient access. Key competencies include knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for patient support programs, recent go-to-market experience, and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex vendor relationships, be adept at change management, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
