Our company is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Revenue Cycle for our Accounting and Finance team. The successful candidate will be a strategic individual with 5+ years of managerial accounting and financial management experience in a rapidly growing start-up environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a busy workplace, and is well-versed in working closely with senior management.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Revenue Cycle team.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the Billing, Collections, Cash Posting, and Customer Service functions.
  • Oversee the operations of the revenue cycle department to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures, as well as state, federal and local laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance cash flow and improve revenue.
  • Optimize the use of CRM software for revenue operations.
  • Develop and maintain departmental reports and KPIs.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement new systems to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior management to formulate and implement the company's financial plans and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
  • Proven experience in managing the revenue cycle in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and revenue operations optimization.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with senior management and influence company strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing company.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
  • Well informed in current financial subjects, tax laws, money market and business environments.
