Job Title: Senior Decision Support Analyst

Location: Grand Blanc, MI

Shift Type: Days (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 8 hours/day)

Weekend Requirements: None

On-Call Requirements: None

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000/year (commensurate with education and experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Senior Decision Support Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This role supports high-level financial and operational decision-making through data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, comfort working with large data sets, and a proactive mindset for improving organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial and statistical analyses to evaluate the impact of management decisions and proposals.
• Interpret complex data from multiple sources to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Identify cost control opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
• Support the development and revision of programs through data-driven proposals and insights.
• Prepare and contribute to studies aimed at improving system performance.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data and reporting systems.
• Collaborate on the implementation and integration of new financial systems and tools.
• Work closely with various departments to provide analytical and operational support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Several years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large data sets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial reporting systems and data analytics tools is a plus.
