About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be a key business partner, providing proactive and practical legal advice to the Warehouse, Logistics, and Workplace Health and Safety teams. This role involves a strong focus on understanding the company's operations and strategic goals, and requires the ability to work effectively across various functions. Responsibilities include structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex contracts, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety and supply chain logistics regulations. The Senior Corporate Counsel will also be involved in standardizing legal templates, training internal clients, and driving business solutions to supply chain disruption issues. Applicants must have a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school, be a member in good standing of at least one state bar, and have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, and workplace health and safety, with a preference for a combination of law firm and in-house experience. The role demands a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication, presentation, writing, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong critical thinking and judgment, a global mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. Bilingual Mandarin is highly preferred.
