Senior Corporate Associate - Private Equity - M&A
Our client is seeking a highly qualified and motivated senior level associate to join the Corporate Private Equity M&A practice in the New York office. Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of business and transactional experience, including M&A, joint venture and/or other complex commercial transactions. This attorney will focus on drafting and negotiating transactional documents and be given the opportunity to work directly with clients.
Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills. They are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support the national practice.

Compensation: Salary will range between 250,000 to 350,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
