We're seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Manager with expertise in brand innovation to help redefine our client's market presence and drive business growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on developing breakthrough ideas, identifying whitespace opportunities, and leading brand evolution in the food sector. This is a hybrid position (3 days in-office) in the west suburbs of Illinois and will be a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Senior Brand Manager, Innovation Responsibilities:

• Lead brand innovation initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth through new products, packaging, and marketing strategies
• Develop and execute forward-thinking brand strategies that drive differentiation and market leadership
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to uncover new opportunities and refine brand positioning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and creative teams to bring innovative ideas to life
• Drive brand storytelling and engagement strategies to strengthen consumer connection and loyalty
• Manage projects from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and business goals

Senior Brand Manager, Innovation Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within the CPG industry, with a strong focus on QSR or food service brands
• Proven experience leading brand innovation, new product development, and go-to-market strategies
• P&L ownership experience with a track record of driving revenue growth and market share gains
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand plans
• Excellent collaboration and leadership abilities to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for creativity, problem-solving, and category disruption
• MBA preferred
