Responsibilities Assist clients with complex state tax issues, including organizational structure, refund opportunities, and technology solutions. Review state tax returns for multinational companies to identify refund opportunities. Research and prepare technical memoranda on various tax questions. Build and maintain client relationships, mentoring junior staff. Qualifications At least two years of experience in tax research, state income tax return review, or related areas. Bachelor's degree; CPA, EA, or JD/LLM preferred. Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
