Reviewing and responding to all clarifications, materials and drawings submittals delivered by the contractor is in compliance with tender specification and project requirements to ensure the quality of works in accordance with the time frames and milestones. Monitoring and managing site supervision team in compliance with the Project Specification, checking of documentations related to the works and reviewing of the contractor’s monthly valuations and reports. Assisting the Resident Engineers and Assistant Resident Engineers in review of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submittals, finishing inspection, drawings, RFI’s and all architectural correspondences. Monitoring the material deliveries to site to ensure the quality and compliance with approved material. Ensure works installed are in compliance with the approved drawings and specifications. Coordinating site installation issues and referring them to the design-build contractors to resolve Providing oversight and confirming acceptable solutions are implemented correctly. Highlighting any violations to architectural related issues on site Attending progress meetings Verifying completion of architectural works Profile Relevant Architectural or Construction related qualification, e.g. B.Arch / M.Arch Minimum of 15 years relevant site architecture experience Project experience within Rail / Metro environment Knowledge of project design and construction documentation and construction materials Combined design and design management experience, including knowledge of plans and specifications for building projects.
