Carolina PRG is partnering with a long-standing client in the manufacturing and distribution of apparel who is seeking a skilled and dependable Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team! This is a hybrid opportunity offering the chance to support a thriving and fast-paced finance department in a reputable and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable functions including invoicing, payment processing, cash applications, and collections
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past due accounts to ensure timely payments
• Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies and disputes
• Maintain accurate AR records and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Partner cross-functionally with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing and efficient resolution of issues
• Prepare regular AR reporting for leadership, highlighting risk and trends
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes related to AR

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable and/or Credit & Collections role
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) is required
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment is a plus
