Senior Account Manager - IT Staffing Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for IT staffing services. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Kansas City area.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Understand clients' IT staffing requirements and provide customized staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and effective placement of candidates.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the staffing process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with the Kansas City market and business landscape is a plus.
