Description

Since 1998, Omni-Serv has been providing manpower for a multitude of airport services. We are seeking licensed security professionals to secure construction enclosures within the terminal areas of JFK Airport.

Job Scope:

Performs all duties of monitoring and escorting non-bagged visitors and personnel while in controlled access areas (CAA) or in other locations within the airport facilities and grounds. Security Escorts are responsible for making sure no sensitive material leaves the site and no unauthorized persons enter.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for escorting all non-badged visitors, personnel, and/or contractors performing work in secure areas of the airport as directed by the supervisor.
• Supervise the movement of tools and materials being brought into sterile areas.
• Ensure access points are secured.

Requirements

• Must be able to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Required Education and Experience:

• Must have a valid New York Security License
• Previous security experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Security escorts are required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Compensation: $19 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
