Job Description We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate daily scrum meetings, coach team members, and identify outstanding project needs. This position will be full-time and remote. What You'll Do + Daily Scrum Meetings + Sprint Planning Meetings + Sprint Review Meetings + Sprint Retrospective Meetings + Maintain Team Dynamics + Coach team members (e.g., with one-on-one coaching) + Mediate through impediments & conflicts + Identify outstanding project and product decisions impacting team delivery + Foster the assigned team's self-organization + Support Team, Project and Organization goals with project leaders and product + owner(s) + Provide feedback to the team + Encourage the use of Agile Practices within the development teams + Help teams and vendors with the release planning + Be familiar with the team (i.e., the product) + Bring people together who should meet and support each other + Keep in touch with every stakeholder regularly + Help the team report to management + Help to further the Agile community within the organization + Be a contact person for everyone on the team and their stakeholders regarding Agile + Provide learning opportunities to people in the organization (e.g., talks or + workshops) and letting them learn important Agile concepts (e.g., technical debt) + Facilitate change What You'll Need Required: + Five (5) years minimum experience working in the Scrum Master role Desired: + Familiarity with JIRA + Agile development (Scrum Methodology) Physical Demands + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors Reasonable Accommodation Statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 - 8111.
