Our industry-leading client is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team! Location: This role will have a hybrid schedule of remote work and onsite work in St Louis, MO! Candidates must be local to St Louis for this opportunity. Pay rate: $58-63/hour Please note this is not open to third parties or C2C. Here's what you'll be doing: Promoting Agile principles and practices within squads and organization Guiding squads towards effective backlog management, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement Collaborating with the Product Director on backlog prioritization and ensuring adherence to Agile practices Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives) Providing thought leadership and coaching squad members for Agile maturity Working with other teams across the organization to coordinate and manage dependencies and delivery Here's what our ideal candidate has: 3+ years of Scrum Master experience Agile certifications (CSM preferred) Experience with Kanban and Lean principles Strong understanding of Agile software delivery and related operational aspects Experience working through a transformation of a team to Agile structure and Agile practices Experience working cross-functionally Experience working with stakeholders Key Words: Scrum, Scrum Master, Scrum Lead, Product Development, Product Owner, Portfolio, SAFe, Sprint, Squad, Delivery, Value, Cross-functional, Teams, Teamwork
