As a School Nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Provide care to students with illnesses and injuries
• Complete assessments, document progress and report changes

A few must-haves for School Nurses:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active LPN or RN license in NC
• CPR certification
• Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion
