Role: Salesforce Architect/SME

Hiring mode: Fulltime with Benefits

Location: United States (Remote)

Work time zone: EST & CST

Responsibilities:

• Very good working functional and technical knowledge of at least 6 Salesforce products e.g. Health Cloud , Experience Cloud etc.
• Experience in Salesforce implementations in the healthcare pharmacy or life sciences domain preferred.
• Experienced in writing technical documentation such as a design document.
• Health Cloud implementation, Cloud Development, Integration with 3rd party systems and custom development using Force.com.
• Support users & Business Analysts to troubleshoot application issues and develop creative solutions to support business needs.
• Partner cross-functionally with other business application owners to ensure our go-to-market business automation and data management processes are smooth and well-connected. Have an excellent understanding of Salesforce Service and Experience in cloud lighting environments.

‘Must Have’ Experience:

• Salesforce Health Cloud Implementation
• 10+ years of experience and good healthcare domain experience
• Pharmacy background projects with ecommerce projects( platforms might be from Magento/Shopify/WooCommerce
• Good understanding of CRM environment
• Stakeholder management
• Leadership Skills
• Good Communication Skills
