Role – Senior Salesforce Developer
Responsibilities
• As the Associate Enterprise Software Engineer – SALESFORCE you will be working within the Global Business Services (GBS) with customers and peer teams discussing and implementing best practices.
• You will be part of new project initiatives and core salesforce operations globally.
• You will be hands on working with Salesforce CPQ, implementing key capabilities (cloud; lightening); design reviews and code reviews.
• Some of the things you will work on and be responsible for:
• Understanding requirements and design review sessions of (url removed) functional and technical modules
• Implement software configurations, and XML or other related coding in Sales Cloud, SFDC CPQ, Pardot, eStore, Financial Force Communities, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or another SaaS and On-Premises ERP.
• Analyze technical specifications and documentation of any new application under deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality.
• Test any new (url removed) software (upgrades, system fixes, and applications additions) to ensure integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications.
• Communicate progress of various initiatives to project stakeholders and management.
• Ensure that all delivery artifacts are reviewed and are according to the standards and guidelines.
• Will provide needed support for any production support services and/or issues as they arise.
• Assist in the development of change control processes, practices, and guidelines for new and existing technologies.
• Participate in developing, distributing, and coordinating in-depth end-user reviews for modified and new systems/-applications.
• Understand the use of industry tools / technology & their impact on project & operational goals.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives by working across technical teams to enhance -systems, processes, and controls to ensure effective development, monitoring, and support is in place.
• Must be comfortable conducting training and running effective meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop (url removed) reports & dashboards.
• Interaction with business process owners to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements ensuring that the resulting technology is delivered accurately on time, and on budget.
• Monitor (url removed) cloud application capacity, license management, utilization, and testing.
• Demonstrated experience in working with various geographically diverse associates and vendor partners.
• Demonstrated experience in using combination of Toolsets (that includes any of JIRA, GitHub/SVN, Copado, GearSet, Rational UML etc.) to deliver systems.
• Demonstrated experience in creating, maintaining, and improving processes, metrics, SLAs for the various interfaces, systems, uptime etc.
• Demonstrated experience in working with batch interfaces, schedulers with dependencies etc.

Education Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field.
Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
· Salesforce Administrator certification (Required)

Experience:
Overall minimum of 2 Year experience in:
· Apex coding, creating, and updating flows, process builder, code debugging.
· Documenting and writing functional solution designs for (url removed).
· Knowledge in creating (url removed) technical designs, involving configuration setup.
· Knowledge of (url removed) functional and technical best practices and methodologies for sales and service cloud
· Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting, and making verbal and written presentations.
· Good listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills with attention to details.
