Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and be proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs.

• Design and Development: Customize and develop Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Integrations: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or integration tools like MuleSoft.
• Data Management: Design and execute data migration plans, ensure data integrity, and optimize data flows.
• Automation: Create and maintain workflows, process builders, approval processes, and validation rules to automate business processes.
• Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Testing and Documentation: Conduct unit tests, ensure code quality, and create comprehensive documentation for all development activities.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex , Visualforce , and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST) and integrations with third-party applications.
• Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL for database queries.
• Experience with tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or equivalent.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Developer II is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Git, Jenkins, or Bitbucket.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
