Business Analyst (Salesforce)
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex business processes, requirements, and systems from end-to-end to identify opportunities for improvement and address operational risks. They provide strategic guidance, lead projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions.
Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in leading complex projects and initiatives in Banking Domain.
- Knowledge and experience of working on Salesforce based implementations is required.
- Understanding of nCino loan origination platform will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA and other Agile based delivery framework tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to understand and translate complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in working Agile/hybrid as well as Waterfall frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be able to work onsite 2 days per week in Auburn Hills, MI
