Core Catalysts, LLC is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our client's Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our business and clients. Your expertise will help drive user adoption, enhance data integrity, and streamline processes across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to gather requirements and provide solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Salesforce.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and configure Salesforce applications and user settings to optimize user experience and engagement.
  • Maintain data integrity by implementing data quality controls and performing regular audits.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize Salesforce functionalities to meet business needs.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to management and team members.
  • Provide training and support to users to enhance understanding and utilization of the Salesforce platform.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements or new features that can benefit the organization.
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to coordinate and implement system integrations and updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional certifications (e.g. Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Experience with data management and analytics tools within Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to train and support users of varying technical levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a banking environment is a plus, especially in business analysis or technical support roles.
  • Experience in nCino and Terafina is a plus
