We’re looking for an energetic Sales/Customer Service Trainer who can grow our Car Wash Club, the sales team behind our Wash Club, all the while elevating our customer experiences through the stratosphere.  Train the team and Manage the Wash Club!

• Teach/Train & Inspire: Train team members to confidently sell Car Wash Club memberships and provide exceptional customer service. 
• Lead with Positivity: Foster an upbeat training environment that energizes and motivates employees. 
• Develop Skills: Conduct interactive coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and communication skills. 
• Celebrate Wins: Gamify the process and results. Recognize individual and team achievements, keeping morale high and smiles brighter. 
• Stay Organized: Create training schedules, track progress, and provide feedback to help team members grow. 

• Drive Sales Success: Lead the team you have trained to achieve and exceed Car Wash Club membership sales goals. 
• Lead by Example: Model excellent customer service and top-notch sales techniques. 
• Build a Positive Culture: Create an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and excited to come to work. 
• Problem-Solve with Enthusiasm: Handle challenges with a can-do attitude, finding solutions that benefit the team and customers. 
• Stay Organized & Focused: Manage schedules, sales reports, and team performance to ensure consistent results.

• Sales Expertise: A proven track record in sales or customer service (bonus for experience in car wash, door to door sales or subscription-based sales!).
