The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of retailers' sales operations, including reviewing shipments and orders, managing budgets, creating reports, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining purchase orders, ensuring brand consistency, and serving as a key point of contact for retail-related matters.

Description

• Daily review of shipments, orders, distribution changes, and deliveries.
• Managing monthly projections, budget, and yearly budgets.
• Developing and maintaining bulk reports and managing bulks in SAP.
• Collaborating with Sales & Planning counterparts to strategize.
• Creating, submitting, and maintaining all purchase order worksheets.
• Initiating item creation and managing item maintenance in Vendor Central.
• Monitoring and managing on-site presentation standards to ensure brand consistency.
• Building strong relationships with partners and peers, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns.
• Contributing positively to the team dynamic and managing up where necessary.

Profile

• A proven track record of 3-5 years in a related role.
• Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate efficiently within a team environment.
• Proficiency in SAP is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is preferred.
