Kelly Science is seeking an experience salesperson for an exciting opportunity with one of our partners in Racine, WI. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee product sales and marketing in their territory.
JOB DETAILS
Job type: full-time, direct-hire (permanent) with company
Schedule: on-site, 8am-4pm
This position is in-person and also requires travel, it is not remote.
Salary: dependent on relevant sales and food science experience
KEY DUTIES
Developing, training, and maintaining relationships with brokers and customers to drive revenue.
This role involves managing distributors, customer contacts, introducing new products, and participating in major trade shows.
Other duties include completing trip reports, assisting customer service with past due accounts, and contributing to sales forecasting and planning.
This individual will report to the National Sales Director.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in science, food science, business, or marketing, with a minimum of five years of sales and marketing experience in the food industry.
Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and business acumen skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
