We are seeking a motivated dynamic individual seeking work in Sales and Estimating for a well established local FLOORING COMPANY to join our team! FULL or PART TIME - remote only

Responsibilities:

• Perform construction PLAN takeoffs for local construction projects
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Build customer project FILE
• Manage incoming ESTIMATION email box
• Assemble items needed for bid submission - Material Data Sheets etc
• Use EXCEL financial model for COST ESTIMATION
• Use QuickBooks to build and issue ESTIMATES FOR FLOORING PROJECTS.
• Visit Jobsites and retrieve information and meet clients
• Minimum experience needed as skills can be taught to someone with advanced computer, EXCEL phone and sales skills.

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and construction estimating is a PLUS.
• Familiarity with STACKCT Takeoff is a PLUS but not required.
• Ability to use Apple computer, EXCEL, and CRM such as TRELLO
• Knowledge of Quickbooks is a PLUS.
• Good negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
