Job Description
We are a small, but rapidly growing, local custom closet & garage company. We are seeking to add another Designer/Sales Associate to our team (hours will vary; p/t to f/t). We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who is passionate about organizational design. We are enthusiastic about creating custom designed storage solutions for the entire home (Closets, Garages, Home Offices, Pantries and More)!
What your role is as a designer/sales associate?
-Work with clients in their homes to determine their design needs
-Take in-home measurements
-Prepare exceptional designs using our 3D Design Software
-Present designs to clients in a collaborative manner, and adjust designs as needed, close sales
-Submit final designs to manager for final review
-Diligent Client Follow Up
-Create open communication with the clients from consultation to installation to customer satisfaction/appreciation

-Strong Computer Skills -Detail-Oriented -Good Math Skills -Hard Worker
-Personal Vehicle Usage Required -Outstanding organizational Skills -Excellent with People
-Strong Closing Skills -Exceptional Listening Skills - Strong consultative selling skills
What would set you apart from others?
~ 2+ years in customer focused, in-home sales ~ 2+ years design experience
-A proven record of sales success -Home improvement related experience a plus
-Industry experience in design -Highly motivated; a must
-College Level Education/ AA or Higher Education preferred but not required
Job Benefits
-Part time to Full time -Commission Based Position 8%-10%, plus trip fee provided on initial consultations
- Flexible Schedule; 4 Saturdays per year are mandatory for Home Shows
-Provided Materials: laptop, cell phone, samples, brochures, qualified leads and more
-Paid training (monthly stipend paid during training period)
