Summary

The Customer Solutions Specialist will be responsible for sales and customer support for all Cool-A-Zone’s  evaporative cooling products & Direct Luxury Solutions. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Excellent communications skills, written, and verbal.
• Strong negotiating and follow-up skills
• Identify potential clients and turn this into increased business.
• Technical working knowledge of electronics preferred
• The ability to help diagnose and solve customer issues
• Valid driver’s license required with reliable transportation
• Must be willing to work occasional weekends
• Must be able to work extended hours as needed during events that occur out of town
• Strong planning and project management skills
• The Ability to build trust and strong relationships
• The Ability to be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 70 – 100 lbs
• Collect lead/contact information/ Submit weekly progress reports
• Represent Cool-A-Zone in a positive manner - must dress and act professionally

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Experience

• 1 -2 years of direct sales experience 

Skills

• Must be proficient in MS Office products
• Ability to grasp concepts quickly in a face paced environment.
• Closing Skills
• Comfortability in speaking to multiple people at once
• Bi-Lingual a plus

Travel

• Must be willing to travel 30% - 40% of the time or as needed
