Job Summary
We are seeking a hard-working and results-driven individual to join our sales team.

This role is essential for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and enhancing customer relationships. You will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing territory sales, and leading a team to achieve ambitious targets.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client communication.
  • Manage outside sales efforts, including travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Proficient in analyzing market data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments, preferably within technical sales sectors.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
