Roustabout Lead Job Opportunity at Almers Construction Inc.

Are you a hardworking, dedicated individual looking to kickstart your career in the oil and gas industry? Almers Construction Inc. in Tioga, ND is currently seeking a Roustabout Lead to join our team.

Pay: Starting at $28/hr depending on experience

Hours: 50+ hours/week (weekends when required)

Job Responsibilities:

• Must have an understanding of well site piping configurations and treater operations
• Experience with multiple size pipe threading and Victaulic grooving
• Ability to operate equipment such as but not limited to skid steer, extended boom fork lift, and rubber tire backhoe
• Ensures crews are on site, prepared and equipped to perform their assignments.
• Manage regular inspections and preform regular maintenance of equipment
• Ensures efficient and safe operation of tools/equipment
• Prepares daily work tickets, documenting & approving work performed, materials used, costs, etc.
• Trains and mentors new crew members
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the oil and gas industry
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all types of weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
