A Typical Day for a LPN and RN at Wesley on Grand:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans and ratio of 1:20.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.
Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families.
Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents.
Offer emotional support and education to residents and their families, promoting overall well-being and understanding of care plans.
Current Openings, Full-Time:
Days: 6am-6pm with rotating weekends
Days Weekend Package: 6am-6pm, Friday-Sunday
Overnights: 6pm-6am with rotating weekends
Compensation:
LPN: The starting pay range for this position is $27.39 - $34.51 / hour. Pay rate will be based off of years of experience.
RN: The starting pay range for this position is $31.43 - $39.60 / hour. Pay rate will be based off of years of experience.
Shift Differentials: 2nd Shift $3.50/hr and 3rd shift $5/hr
Sign on Bonus: $5,000 for Full-Time and $3,000 for Part-Time employees.
