High Demand for Full Time Home Care Field RN, Registered Nurse. Visit areas available in Yonkers, the Bronx, Westchester County, Putnam County, and Rockland County, NY.
About the position:
The Field RN (Registered Nurse) performs home visits, assessments and follow up visits to patients. The RN advocates for quality patient care, collaborates with Physicians and other providers to maintain a safe and effective home environment for patients. The Registered Nurse works closely with patients, families and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care is provided at home.
Qualifications:
This is a Full Time Direct Hire Position offering Benefits and Competitive Salary.
$93,000 - $113,000, based on previous RN Experience, plus Sign On Bonus $10,000+!
