Job Title: RF Systems Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RF Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires deep expertise in RF design and 5G LTE communication systems, with a focus on schematic capture, layout, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in RF design and a strong foundation in high-speed digital and analog technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design process for RF systems, including schematic capture, layout, and performance optimization.
• 5G LTE Communication Systems: Apply in-depth knowledge of 5G LTE technologies, focusing on RF aspects, to develop and enhance communication solutions.
• High-Speed Systems: Work with high-speed digital systems, with an emphasis on achieving optimal performance and reliability. Analog design experience is a strong plus.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, to ensure seamless system integration.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and validation of RF designs to meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of designs, processes, and system configurations.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in RF design with a proven track record in end-to-end design ownership, including schematic capture and layout.

Expertise:

• Comprehensive understanding of 5G LTE communication systems from an RF perspective.
• Advanced experience with PCB design and layout using Altium Designer .
• Familiarity with RF system testing tools such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and RF simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, ADS, CST).
• Strong knowledge of high-speed digital systems; analog circuit design is a plus.
