Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Revenue Cycle Manager to join our client's team and oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle operations. This role is key to ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement processes across the organization.
As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you'll play a strategic role in optimizing revenue performance, improving workflows, and collaborating across departments to drive financial success.



Revenue Cycle Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the revenue cycle including billing, coding, collections, payment posting, and denial management
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve cash flow and reduce AR days
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and payer regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to support accurate documentation and timely billing
• Train, support, and manage team members to ensure optimal performance and growth
• Analyze trends in denials and reimbursement and recommend process improvements
• Partner with external vendors and internal departments to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Revenue Cycle Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, with a strong understanding of the full RCM process
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience with EMR systems and revenue cycle platforms (Epic, Meditech, Cerner, etc. a plus)
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement regulations and payer requirements
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree is required
