A Retail Warehouse Associate is responsible for unloading trucks, stocking shelves, processing online and in-store pickup orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role involves preparing products for shipment, organizing merchandise, and assisting customers with pickup orders while adhering to safety guidelines. This position supports efficient store operations and enhances customer shopping experiences through effective inventory management and order fulfillment.
As a Retail Warehouse Associate, you’ll help us create great shopping experiences by keeping our sales floor stocked and preparing online orders to be shipped to customers’ homes. This includes unloading trucks, replenishing store shelves, tracking inventory levels, and pulling and boxing products for delivery. You’ll also directly assist customers with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
