Follow company guidelines including loss prevention and human resources policies. Meet or exceed personal sales and warranty goals through active engagement on the sales floor. The ideal candidate will have: A high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in retail sales or office administration. A proven ability to excel in a commission-based sales environment. Proficiency in using PCs, POS systems, or similar computer technologies. Strong communication and organizational skills. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position offers an hourly pay range between $14.42 and $15.50. Individual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, skills, performance, and location. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to join incentive compensation plans that can provide additional earnings.
