Job Description : Opportunity : Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas. Model excellent customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Follow merchandising philosophy and procedures. Prepare merchandise for sale following company standards. Participate in store recovery and maintenance activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support store shrink reduction efforts.
